William Foster Abbott (nicknames Billy & Liam) is a fictional character in the American soap opera The Young and the Restless. He was first portrayed by a few child actors. David Tom was the first adult contract actor to play the role from June 1999 to August 15, 2002, and the actor won an Emmy Award for the role in 2000. Ryan Brown took over the role on December 26, 2002, but only stayed until July 16, 2003. The third actor portrayed the role for the shortest time: Scott Seymour played it from August 15 to November 3, 2006. Billy Miller took over the role on September 19, 2008. (via Wikipedia)
